  5. It does not matter if the breakfast is heavy or healthy so long as one have a very active lifestyle na napapagpag lahat nang kinain niya. Ang masama kasi ay yung pagkatapos nang heavy meal ay matutulog na lang na parang sawa. Pakikinabangan niya ang lahat nang kinain niya and he is on his way to being obese. Thanks for the post. God bless you all always.

Getting To Know Me

I'd like to introduce myself to BC Bloggers and to everyone who's following this precious site of mine. SO here I'm reblogging my "About Me" page (edited) to let you know a little info about myself. I also want to acknowledge Paula for this wonderful and exciting BC Blogger Getting To know Party =) Im Bambie, 27, currently living a happy, and simple life in the fast paced city of Tokyo, Japan. I started blogging when I was pregnant. I had to stop working so I pre-occupied myself with pregnancy scrapbooks and thought that it would be nice to have an online journal, specifically about my pregnancy. I just thought that I needed to have an online baby book so that my busy friends and family in different parts of the world could have a medium of getting updates about my baby girl (who are all more excited to see my baby than me lol) but yeah, blogging could be really addictive especially when you have regular readers who keep on inspiring you in some way. I never i...

Tonkatsu at Hamakatsu

Just wanna share this post to food trip friday.. It's been awhile and I miss sharing my foods and reading my co-foodtrippers' yummylicious food posts... Last week, we had... ..a full course of TONKATSU meal at my favorite Tonkatsu Restaurant in town —- the Hamakatsu . As usual, it came with an amazing miso soup, shredded cabbage, oshinko, and sesame seeds for the sauce, dressings, and oolong tea. Goma-suri (sesame seed grinder) to make the tonkatsu sauce tastier :) mouthgasm! This time I ordered a different tonkatsu set, which are pork cutlets (rosu and hi-re, i don’t the term in english lol) and ebi fry (deep fried shrimp). I even asked for another extra rice in a bowl. We also ordered a separate meal set from the kids’ menu for our little princess.. Katsudon Kid’s dinner set :) What I love about family restaurants here in Japan is their freebies for the kids.. Anzu chose the Lilo Stitch coloring set from this basket. What an amazing dinner! To...

Fresh Oyster

I've never eaten raw oyster anywhere else other than here in Japan. It's big, yummy and I'm sure it's clean and fresh, as in fresh... I never had raw oysters before because I was scared to try them. The first time I tried them was just late last year (i can't remember). It was really good. Never judge a book by its cover.
